Several prominent actors in Hollywood, which has been oddly quiet about months of strict COVID-19 restrictions, said Tuesday that quarantining will be a lot less fun six months from now. A-listers like Brad Pitt, Scarlet Johansson, and others say they are ready to get back to a normal work environment, where they can shoot movies and television shows free from regulations.
“Right now, it’s all fun and games,” said Pitt. “You sit at home, binge-watch some Netflix, maybe venture out to the grocery store every few weeks. Just wait… There’s going to be a severe entertainment drought.”
Other actors are now describing what is in store for future entertainment. “Get ready for a whole lot of animation,” echoed Kiefer Sutherland, who has been heard in Hollywood circles to be firmly against animated film. “If you’re lucky, at some point you’ll get to see actors talking to walls and smooching blow-up dolls.”
In somewhat unrelated news, North Korea maintains its flawless record of zero COVID-19 cases.
