Podcaster Makes a Lofty Goal to Move Out of His Grandmother’s Basement by 2027

Twenty-six-year-old podcaster Chad Langley made an ambitious goal on Wednesday to move out of his grandmother’s basement within the next seven years. In his podcast, called “The Eulogy Diaries,” Langley reads in poetic undertones the eulogies of recently deceased citizens in small towns across America.

With 17 subscribers and an average review rating of 3.8 stars, Langley predicts explosive subscriber growth in the coming years, leading him to believe that by 2027 he’ll be able to get a place of his own.

“I realize it may seem like a lofty goal,” Langley told reporters. “But I am tapping into, what I believe is, an explosive market.”
